Detailed Description of Work Performed:

GeoDigital Mapping (GDM) provided the services of three Level 2 Programmer Analysts and a Technician as contract employees to the US Forest Service at the Remote Sensing Lab in Sacramento, California from 2000 through 2004. GDM employees worked closely with the Forest Service Staff, combining professional GIS knowledge with resource based research and planning activities. Examples of the type of work completed by our team include remote sensing of forest resources, owl habitat classification, reptile dispersion within a National Forest Area, and library database management.

Product Delivery Performance:

The US Forest Service rated GDM’s staff as being excellent. GDM employees performed at or above expectations on reviews and worked extremely well as part of the team composed of Forest Service and other contract employees. The quality of employee job performance is an indication of their job satisfaction and willingness to continue in that position and led the Forest Service to continue their positions beyond the initial contract year.
